Location.

No refrigerator or table in the room - bedding smelled overwhelming from bleach.

Great for conventions, weddings, etc. Too expensive for the traveler. Meals were overpriced - enjoyed Perkins across the parking lot.

They were able to provide a non-smoking room, I was able to check-in early and they up-graded to a king suite.

The heater was way too loud.

Overall this was a very good hotel. The two things I didn't like were: 1. The heater was way too loud. 2. The heater told a long time to warm the room.
